Job Description

Pastry Chef De Partie / Pastry Cook (Full Time)


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily production of cakes and other pastry products
  • To assist in creating, innovating and developing a product when necessary
  • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and make appropriate orders within budget.
  • Assist in handling the daily stock recording, temperature recording and receiving of the raw ingredient, etc.
  • Ensure that all raw materials received, are stored properly and utilized following the First In First Out (FIFO) principle 
  • Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation of work station, equipment adheres at all times

Job Requirement

  • With min 3 years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Possess a strong passion for baking and a positive attitude towards your work and team members.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and gets things done in a timely and organized manner.
  • Working day: 6 days per week (off on Sunday)
