- Engineering, Testing and Manufacturing are housed in a 15,000 sq. ft. clean room that features fully equipped vertically integrated volume manufacturing from wafer fabrication to test and packaging. DenseLight processes Indium Phosphide (InP) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) based optoelectronic devices and photonics integrated circuits there.
• Assist to follow up the ground work activities/implementations defined on the master plan, AFP(Action Planning Form)
• Data Entry into MES system, Odoo (ATP-ILM)
• Perform time study Before and after implementation
• Take photos for making interactive video for training (English & Chinese) according to the SOP
• Create the SOP documentation to paperless
• Make the workflow display at manufacturing for each process step.
• Read articles related to traceability, barcode and QR code
Requirement:
• Preferably in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Quality, and able to use of MS (Excel program creator).
• Must has the energy and ability to self-sustain to do after being guided
• Knowledge in programming; python and C# are a plus but not necessary
