DenseLight processes Indium Phosphide (InP) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) based optoelectronic devices and photonics integrated circuits there.
As a software & test engineer in production engineering department, you need to understand the test automation needs for engineering or production parts characterization, and provide full programming support to enable test automation or semi-automation. You will also be assigned to hands on the engineering test, compile & analyze the data with coaching to understand the electrical and optical behaviors of DLS laser products.
Another part of job role involves script writing to merge discrete database into integrated database and enable real time data readiness and integrity for yield analysis and problem-solving using data analysis software (TIBCO & JMP).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support software programming to enable engineering test automation or semi-automation.
- Support the hands on of engineering test for both engineering and production parts characterization, compile and analyze the test results.
- Support script writing to integrate database into TIBCO and JMP.
- Support test data analysis and issue troubleshooting on a project basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer software engineering or science. Have hands on programming capability on C#, C++, VB and Python.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially excel and power point.
- Excellent communications skills
- Basic understanding in opto-electronics and wafer fabrication.
