Looking for an engaged, proactive individual to do a variety of exciting assignments relevant to
digital content, requiring a mixture of skills. We are looking for students or graduate who has an
academic background in a related field. This may be appropriate also for someone who is looking
for a career change who feels they have the necessary transferable skills and is not afraid of
working from the ground up.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities: (or ‘Duties’)
Content Strategy:
- Generate data from Google Analytics and other data sources and organize them according to
the report template
Client Services:
- Runs 404 reports and fix the broken links - weekly report needs to be generated to send out
- CMS review and upload of content pieces
- Buddy account manager and fulfill the following across designated PM projects - minutes of
meeting, booking meetings, crafting SOW, creating timelines, inputting costings into the
financial system, as well as manage timeline and delivery schedules
- Run Basic social listening reports
Editorial:
- Assistance with desk research for writers
- Transcribing interviews
- Helping with research for pitches/presentations
- Helping editorial to audit content of websites as part of content strategy projects
- Assist with collating/editing and uploading content for specific projects
Learning Outcomes:
- Learn how to generate organize data using available tools that will aid in insight
development and idea creation
- Understand, familiarize and learn technical skill of CMS
- Learn the basics of Digital Content such as Meta Tags, SEO, H1 and H2 headline and key
words, etc.
- Understand basics of performing key word research (how do key words get used in content,
how to analyze etc.)
- Learn how to approach research and what makes a source credible
- Understand how to use social listening tools
- Basics of client/project management (best practice for minutes meeting, taking client briefs,
create scope of work, etc.)
Qualifications/Skills:
- Diploma from Polytechnic or a recognized University, majoring in Communication/
Marketing
- Can do attitude, problem solver, keen to learn and able to work well with multiple
stakeholders
- Understanding of CMS
- Understands conversion of Excel to CSV
- Numerate and detail oriented
- Logical and enjoys researching
- Able to organize and plan
