Dentsu Aegis Network Singapore – TV Broadcast / Content Intern

Purpose of the job:

To assist in the production of TV/Content workloads

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: (or 'Duties')

• Responsible for helping the Producers and Editor on various broadcast and content productions.

• Facilitates process by asking questions, calling meetings, having one-on-

one conversations with teammates, and sending email updates

• Accountable for following up with the team to ensure deadlines are

understood

• Communicates timing “realities” to the team in order to keep things

moving and the team united toward a common goal

• Plans and hosts regular status meetings per client group per projects as needed

• Keeps status report data current, relevant and helpful

• Cultivates open communication with Production, Account Management and

Creative, both one-on-one and in the team-like environment

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of broadcast production from established polytechnic.

• Exposure to film production

• Ability to pro-actively anticipate in team projects and manage multiple

of projects simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Be able to maintain a consistent, can-do attitude in the face of many challenges

• Exceptional initiative, attention to detail and follow through skills
