Job Description

Your Role

Being a part of our Clair® SKIN SOLUTIONS team, you are also the brand ambassador for both the company and the brand. Talking to customers to understand their skin concerns, promoting the brand's skincare and even to outdoor channels to expand the brand's distribution reach.

You will also be involved in roadshows where meeting new people & customers are frequent. You can use this to hone your communications & interpersonal skills.

You are also free to inject any ideas as part of the marketing arm which you think that can better elevate the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to client’s query and request
  • Cultivate rapport with client
  • Maintain client’s record
  • Provide client consultation
  • Recommend product and treatment programme to client
  • Perform general housekeeping
  • Replenish stock of supplies used for treatment/sale
  • Perform daily stock take
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Perform ad-hoc outdoor sales with guidance
  • Able to work retail hours
  • Contributing and developing to improve retail displays, marketing plans & strategies
  • Monitoring Competitor Activity
