Planning for Food Festival (Jun & Jul) – Work with all different stakeholders on the planning of the 2 month Food Festival.
-Explore Planogram and suggest creative ideas to engage with customers
-Work closely with stakeholders to execute planned layout and activities
-Support store operations team with stock requests and required replenishment
-Retail Floor experience – On the Job Training – Buddyship with a Senior Sales Staff to learn
-Work closely with marketing team on Food Fest activation and all related events/promotion
-Devise action plan to promote engagement of Food Fest across total store (all promotions/activities/redemption)
L1 Food Area Focus
-Suggest new ideas/theme surrounding our products to generate stronger penetration and conversion at L1 Food Area
-Identify themes to differentiate L1 vs L2 Food Area
-Work with all stakeholders to execute new theme(s)
-Test and Trial theme (s) – track results from initiative, share learnings/feedback and develop action plan moving forward
