At DHL, we are tailoring solutions to respond to ever-evolving customer requirements in both existing and new market segments. 

We are looking for an Intern, Customer Success to join us on this exciting journey. This internship opportunity will provide you with invaluable insights on development and definition of products and hone your project management skills.

What our intern will learn and contribute:

After-sales Reporting

•Provide reporting and analysis to support customer needs and requirements

•Liaise with internal stakeholders in operations, and country functions for any matter related to reporting

•Assist on customer on-boarding

•Support client success manager in program management of customer issues and escalations

•Ensure that the reports provided to the customer is accurate, precise and follows the pre-agreed format and process 

•Analyse effort estimation of new reports and proactively look for ways of improving status quo via optimisation of process, automation of reports and/or managing of expectations

Requirements:

•Able to complete an internship in Singapore

•Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

•Strong analytical skills, administrative and communication skills

•Extremely proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint

•Coding/programming skills will be advantageous

•Able to commit for a duration of at least 4 months (commencing August 2017)
