We are looking for an Intern, Sales Support to join us on this exciting journey.
This internship opportunity will provide you with invaluable insights on development and definition of products and hone your project management skills.

What our intern will learn and contribute:
Sales Support
•Support the process of streamlining, documenting and standardizing customer-on-boarding process including formulating of all contractual and legal documents
•Support the set up process and managing online lead generation in SFDC across the region working closely with the CRM specialist, support training for adoption of SFDC for fulfillment product and monitor data completeness
•Help to develop sales collaterals - design and develop new collateral with marketing and product teams
•Work with telemarketing teams to ensure calling script, qualification process and collection of crucial data is maintained at optimumSocial Media
•Work closely with marketing, provide key materials from sales collateral and support regular publication of news-worthy fulfillment achievements and progress in the region
•Come up with recommendations on key areas of attention and opportunities for improving our online social presence, constantly drawing attention to our DHL eCommerce brand and our fulfillment footprint and services in the region Tender (RFQ) Support
•Support RFQ coordination, collection and submission by managing the end-to-end process working with key stakeholders across the organization
Requirements:
•Able to complete an internship in Singapore
•Proficient in Microsoft office
•Experience with SFDC is advantageous
•Detail-oriented, with the ability to solve problems quickly
•Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
•Good communication and interpersonal skills, Able to manage organisation and culture complexity, working against tight deadline
•Able to commit for a duration of at least 6 months (commencing Aug 2017)
