Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client meetings, ensuring our calendars are up-to-date.
- Reception Duties: Warmly welcome any walk-in customers or visitors, enhancing their experience.
- Errand Execution: Handle specific tasks like liaising with jewelers.
- Logistics: Organize and oversee international shipments to our clientele.
- General Office Support: Assist in diverse office tasks as and when required.
