We’re looking for a Sales Assistant Intern to support our sales and customer service team. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh grads who want to learn the ropes of retail sales, client service, and luxury product presentation.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist clients in-store and online with product inquiries
• Support the sales team with daily operations
• Help organize inventory and prepare jewelry for display
• Learn about gemstones, diamonds, and product value
• Assist in preparing orders, invoicing, and after-sales service
• Contribute to client communication via WhatsApp, social media, and email
What We’re Looking For:
• Passion for jewelry, fashion, and luxury
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with basic digital tools and messaging apps
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus!
