We train you in
One on one service and sales - helping our customers to choose their perfect jewellery in a service oriented way without pressure but from knowledge and trust.
Contacting our new customers and leads, cultivating the connection with them, replying to any of their questions, scheduling appointments with them, checking in with them after sale to see they are satisfied and so on. All the contacts need to be updated live in our CRM system.
Coordinating with our other international offices. Goods needed, orders, shipments and any other required matter.
Managing all of the new orders - sending them to the factory, following them and making sure they arrive before the due date. This includes tasks outside the office.
Tasks as required to grow and improve the business.
