At DigiMagic, we are looking for Account Manager (Contract/ Project Based) who shares our passion in Digital Disruption to create experiences that connects to the emotions of audiences.
The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. Responsibilities:
- To be the Face of Account Servicing to key clients
- To be accountable for the day-to-day client servicing, execution and project management of assigned accounts and tasks independently
- To present confidently to the clients during discussion, lead and execute enquiries with team
- To support and to collaborate with team members on tactical and strategic aspects of the account
- To manage clients' and team members' expectations in line with agreed cost and scopes of work
- To manage assigned projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact (e.g. clients and suppliers), to ensure targets, deadlines and deliverables are met
- To be able to proofread copy to check spelling and grammar
- To review proposal and to ensure it meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives every account
- To assist in mentoring and giving advise the team on risk responses management during project execution
