Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and charismatic Live Streamer to host live streams on various online platforms, interact with viewers, and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about online entertainment, has excellent communication skills, and is familiar with social media trends. The role will involve broadcasting live content, maintaining a streaming schedule, and growing a loyal community of followers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host live streams on platforms like Tiktok or Facebook Live, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, tutorials, or other niche areas.

• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, answering questions, and encouraging viewer participation in real-time.

• Create and execute streaming schedules, ensuring consistency and maximizing viewer retention.

• Set up and manage live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming software.

• Develop unique content ideas and formats that align with audience interests and platform algorithms.

• Collaborate with other creators, influencers, and brands for co-streams, sponsorships, and promotional events.

• Monitor and analyze stream performance, including viewership, engagement, and feedback to improve future content.

• Promote live streams through social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, or TikTok to grow the audience.

• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and new streaming technologies.

Requirements:

• With or without experience as a live streamer, content creator, or similar role.

• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.

• Proficiency with live streaming software (OBS, Streamlabs, etc.) and equipment setup.

• Ability to entertain and engage an online audience in real-time.

• Creative mindset with a passion for gaming, entertainment, or niche content.

• Strong knowledge of social media trends, meme culture, and platform algorithms.

• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and engage with current trends.

• Optional: Basic video editing skills for repurposing live content into highlight reels or clips.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma degree in film studies, cinematography, communications, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, After Effects).

• A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
