Bunch of web people doing really good web stuff. We've been around for more than 8 years. So we are old for a web agency but still pretty young and snazzy in our approach to things.

======= What you will be doing =======
We are looking for comic artists/graphic artists to work with our lead designer. What will you be doing? web stuff! Web site design which means icons, layout, comics, ticklish e-cards, etc.
You'll be making digital design stuff for the web. Oh ya, most of your work will need to wow our clients. That's the real world baby. Occasionally you'll do some stuff that's like off the wall.
======= What skills u'll need to have =======
design skills. photoshop/fireworks. illustrator. etc. the usual skills a designer should have. clear sense of design, hierarchy, etc.
Be terrific if u also bother with the usability stuff. so u design things that aren't just visual wows but also usable.
======= What sort of person fits in well? ========
Preferably not bo chap bo chap. Ideally have pride in work but not to the extent that ur ego gets hurt everytime someone gives u feedback.
Preferably, not picky choosy about your work. even the big wig around here will roll up sleeves to do typing, manual filing, etc. so that's the way it is. see a need, fill a need.
That's more or less it. Everything else can be learned, oh did i mention you ought to enjoy learning! I guess that's important.

This is very important. Coz if you can't follow instructions then life would be rather hard for all of us. Pay close attention

3. Write a story (short one): Tell us about a time/place/occasion where u did a piece of design work that you felt very proud of. doesnt have to be because the design is so wow - can be for other reasons e.g.what u learnt, client liked it, worked together with team, etc.
