An Accounts Servicing & Client Success Intern works with clients to ensure they're receiving the support and tools needed to achieve their goals. Sometimes, our clients are relatively new to digital marketing services like ours and need assistance on understanding the process, methodology, timeline on projects. They may also need guidance on how to approach their social media / digital marketing accounts.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish a delightful working relationship with clients
- Be one of the key point of contact for all client requests, ensuring that briefs are met with quality and timeliness
- Work closely with internal team and subject matter experts to evaluate client needs with regards to their objectives and goals
- Willing to go the extra mile by proactively looking for opportunities that will surprise and delight our clients
- Assist with administrative and ad hoc tasks to support the team as and when required.

- Organized and great at time management
- Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
- Good communicator, comfortable with showing what data means and how we can take action based upon it
