We are looking for a Digital Marketing Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team to close digital marketing projects together with us.
You've probably realized by now, it is the beginning of a trying time for many businesses (and economies) with the COVID-19 going on. During this period, the need to transform and stay relevant through digital marketing and other forms of digitalization has become more essential than ever. Thankfully, the Singapore Government has stepped in with measures to help businesses through this time and also to emerge stronger.
As an agency appointed by the Government to help Singapore SMEs build capabilities in digital marketing, we want to impact more businesses and help them to conduct more of their marketing through the online channels.
Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Sales & Business Development Executive include getting in touch with businesses (particularly SMEs) to understand the challenges they face, explaining to them about our digital marketing solutions, and following through to put their situation into words in proposals for grant applications.
Ultimately, you’ll help ensure that businesses who can do with the extra help get them and to contribute to sustaining the national economy.
Responsibilities
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through our pipeline of leads and other business development initiatives which you will be involved in
Set up meetings with prospects and understand their needs and challenges
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and explanations on our digital marketing services (solutions)
Negotiate/close deals and handle clarifications and possible objections
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Participate on behalf of the company in business development and lead generation activities
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (otherwise, be somehow incredibly able to sell yourself to the team)
Preferred: Experience with Singapore SME sales
Sensible knowledge of digital marketing and what we have to offer
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
