Job Description

This role is for a Digital Marketing Account Manager (AM). 

The Account Manager will be handling our clients' Digital Marketing campaigns which involves working with different specialists and teams (SEM, Facebook, SEO, website) to create successful digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

With your skills and experience, you will be strategizing for client’s campaigns, managing clients and timelines and be in charge of execution, reporting & analysis.

Specific Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role are to communicate and manage clients, create, set up, optimise the performance of the digital marketing accounts, and update clients regarding the campaign performance.

Building relationships with clients and liaise with them on a day-to-day basis

Able to assess client business needs and identify new opportunities for sales.

Liaises with the rest of our internal team of Adwords, Facebook, designers and other specialists to ensure smooth execution of client projects and campaigns.

[Who We Are Looking For]

An in-depth understanding of Digital Marketing and past experience of client management. 

An intimate understanding of all major social media platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and more)

Able to set up and run the campaigns independently and diagnose problems. Able to analyse data to optimise campaign performance.

Hungry to learn, fast to execute and passionate about digital marketing.

At least 2-4 years on the job experience in digital account management

A proven track record managing multiple commitments to clients, team and business operations

Self motivated and has the ability to effectively manage time, plan and prioritise.

A strong process focus, and the ability to read insights, interpret data and create reports
