1. Handle customer service of the company's marketing department (including processing customer self-online consultation), record the problem timely and give feedback to the customer according to the corresponding process
2. Collect,organize and document customers' enquiries and gradually optimize the customer experience
3. Provide customers with accurate information and complete solutions to solve customer problems in a timely manner
4. Other work support to the marketing department
5. Provide business development opportunities

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
2. Strong sense of customer service
3. Good work attitude, work initiative, execution, responsibility, and psychological endurance
