Responsibilities
Assist to establish the process for training and maintenance of training records
Assist in HP operations including onboarding of new hires
Involve in the Recruitment process of new staff
To define HR processes and assist in streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency
Ensure all procedures and process are documented to ensure proper knowledge transfer to new joins in future
Responsible for recognition programs to reward employees
Ensure that all HR policy documents eg employee handbook, offer letter, etc are kept up-to-date with any policy changes.
Participate in the organizing of HE events such as Townhall, Orientations and Financial Year Kick Off
Participate in the various HR projects and initiatives.
Handle Job Portals such as Jobs Bank, Monster, Jobs DB, Taleo, Linkedln.

Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in HR, Business or related field
