Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team in Singapore

  • Liaising and coordinating with respective departments to accomplish task given

  • Assisting in booking and coordinating of meeting rooms

  • Work with HR, IT and other departments on sales new hire on-boarding preparation

  • Preparing of all e-applications in the internal system to preform requisitions for hardware, stationaries, name card, headcount

  • Arrange flower stands, hampers, etc. for clients for new office openings, events or special occasions

  • Arrange sales workshop in office/ offsite. Liaise with hotels, country clubs, etc.

  • Arrange sales trainings, travels, hotels, etc.

  • To Support Sales Directors & Team Leads for daily scheduling of meetings. Manage their calendar, e-Applications and other work requirement.

  • To churn out Sales reports every weekly/monthly (depending on request).

  • Able to multi-tasking if required.

  • May be involved/in-charged for any company event if required.

  • Any other Ad-hoc reports, sales admin related duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • ITE or Diploma holder

  • Preferably with relevant working experience in similar capacity and position

  • Minimum 3 years relevant admin/sales/marketing experience

  • Able to perform under pressure, take initiative and possess a resilient attitude

  • Good time management, Self-motivated and able work under pressure

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

  • Proficient with Microsoft excel, word and power point
