Dimension Data Singapore Pte Ltd – Contract Operations Intern

·         Assist in creating vendor quotes through vendor’s online portal

·         Collaborate with vendor service support to address issues encountered on quote created/ order placed

·         Validate & acknowledge client’s warranty entitlements on internal portal

·         Create & submit client’s maintenance entitlements on internal portal

·         Update, change and/ or terminate client’s entitlements, as instructed, on internal portal

·         Archive (softcopy/ hardcopy) of processed orders & contract documentation

·         Overview of business operations through Contract Operations

o    Vendor quotes generated contributes to improved renewal probability and/ or swifter renewal cycle.

o    Prompt update of client’s entitlements contributes to higher client satisfaction & loyalty thereby improving renewal confidence

·         Mentorship & coaching provided to enable swift integration & independence

·         Introduction and use of SAP system and internal applications (view only)

·         Extensive use of Excel
