Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist to establish the process for training and maintenance of training records
  • Assist in HP operations including onboarding of new hires
  • Involve in the Recruitment process of new staff 
  • To define HR processes and assist in streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency
  • Ensure all procedures and process are documented to ensure proper knowledge transfer to new joins in future
  • Responsible for recognition programs to reward employees
  • Ensure that all HR policy documents eg employee handbook, offer letter, etc are kept up-to-date with any policy changes.
  • Participate in the organizing of HE events such as Townhall, Orientations and Financial Year Kick Off
  • Participate in the various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Handle Job Portals such as Jobs Bank, Monster, Jobs DB, Taleo, Linkedln.
  • Participate in Campus Hiring
