DiMuto – Lead AI Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial AI engineer. The successful candidate will spearhead DiMuto’s key AI projects and turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.

We build AI solutions for the following areas:

• To understand the quality of goods (such as fruits) with computer vision
• To gain insights into the financial health of companies to aid financing the companies with alternative credit scores with machine learning

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and maintain data from primary or secondary data sources
• Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
• Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
• Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
• Deploy models in development and production environment
• Manage deployed machine learning solutions
• Present information using data visualization techniques
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of machine learning and deep learning, especially computer vision.
• Hands-on experience in building end-to-end machine learning and deep learning solutions for real use cases, including data collection and processing, model training, model deployment, and management.
• Strong experience in relevant machine learning and deep learning packages in Python, including scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Knowledge and skills in natural language processing are preferred.
• Knowledge and skills in Linux operating system are preferred.
• Experience in using Amazon Web Services (AWS) services, such as SageMaker, is preferred.
• Problem-solving aptitude
