Be part of the administrative and logistics team to provide administrative support
· Support Dine Inn in order fulfilment
· Handle incoming invoices
· Coordinating for deliveries, deployment, etc.
· Manage incoming calls, enquiries on WhatsApp, social media platform and email in a timely manner
· Maintain good relationship with merchants and customers
· Handling general administrative duties
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned
· Relevant work experience in admin or customer service is preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
· Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Self-motivated and keen to learn.
· Able to work in a team and independently as well.
