We are looking for tech-savvy, smart, resourceful, energetic people to join our Success Team. As a Success Lead you will help build, define, and implement processes for the company’s operations and core product. Together with the team and executives, you will be able to resolve and streamline our customer-facing, operations and delivery processes for clients and partners by communicating effectively and being involved in all facets of the company. This position requires flexibility, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude.

We work in CBD and know how frustrating lunchtime can be -- queueing in long lines, spending a lot on mediocre food, and having the same old choices every day. We thought there must be a better way to get tasty food quickly and conveniently without spending a fortune. We tried traditional food delivery but the existing services usually require a high minimum order amount, charge pricy delivery fees, and take 40 minutes to an hour to deliver - no thanks. We also tried cabbing outside of CBD where there are good options and shorter queues but that takes time and money spent on cab fares. So, what to do about this culinary conundrum?
We decided to take matters into our own hands and launch the best tech food delivery service, an innovative food delivery service that delivers Singapore's most popular dishes hot and fresh to you in your building in less than 15 minutes. And here is the kicker: zero delivery fees!
Success Lead (Part-time) $10 / Hr
Responsibilities
- Manage customer service, delivery process, company operations and everything a startup needs to meet it’s core objective
- Support a high volume of customer contacts through customer facing, chat, e-mail, tickets, and social media, as well as inbound and outbound emails and calls
- Lead meal distribution process by distributing/delivering meals and improving process on a daily basis
- Upload (and double-check) daily, weekly e-menu to servers
- Assist partners in confirming, delivering, and adjusting orders
- Perform real-time updates to customer and partner account settings and document any actions taken
- Partner with other teams in an effort to resolve all customer and partner questions and to create customer satisfaction
- Track and report all tickets, calls, emails, chats, etc from time of discovery to solution and completion
- Follow set protocols and procedures to ensure consistency, high quality, and operational excellence across the organization
- Work with the leadership team to achieve specific KPIs in our pursuit to provide world class customer experience
- Must be physically fit to carry 10kg-15kg of packet food
Requirements
- College education preferred, students welcome
- 1+ years of client facing experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Masterful problem solving skills – identifying root cause, customer needs, and providing solutions
- Strong computer & social media skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage stress – this is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company!
- A good sense of humor and a team-player mentality
