We are looking for 4 talented and competitive Business Development Interns that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You will be exposed to a wide variety of B2B Business Development and Sales activities including research, lead generation, prospecting, identifying key personnel, preparing compelling pitch, using storytelling to generate interest, setting appointments with decision makers etc.
You must be comfortable with researching companies, making phone calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects and setting appointments.
Upon proven performance, successful candidates will be given opportunity to lead their own teams as well.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Achieve monthly quotas on companies contacted and qualified meetings set.
- Research companies, identify key personnel, contact them and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
