Divine Foods Pte Ltd – Operations Management Intern

Operations Management Intern / Logistics Management. 

Looking for a well rounded operations management intern to join our small team. Young, energetic and media savvy. You could be a fresh grad, about to complete your studies or someone who has several years of work experience. 

As we continue to expand our brand and presence we need someone with strong customer service skills to take charge and work on our online presence within the local market. This would entail taking care of various online platforms - shopee, redmart, ntuc marketplace etc. Prior experience would be helpful in this area as well as online merchandising through either squarespace, shopify or vend. Emphasis on the need for this person to be techy, geeky and into technology. Majority of your time will be working on your laptop. You will also deal with customer complaints organising replacement products or deliveries and working on our overall logistics management: from warehouse - factory - end consumer. 

The job would require the individual to be extremely meticulous, it will be 60% administration, 40% on the ground work. You will also be in charge of coordinating daily orders with our company driver, as well as external corporate orders for clients with 3rd party delivery services. You must be fluent in English and Chinese (mandarin), this would be a bonus. 

Ultimately the role would start out as an internship position, but we would be looking to fulfil the operations executive role fulltime. So do take that into consideration.
