We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can do 360 recruitment for Finance and Technology roles.

• Working the entire 360 recruitment cycle: a blend of business development, sales and recruiting
• Create and foster high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as hiring managers
• Leveraging the firms existing relationships to map out your own market focus
• Build genuine relationships with some of the biggest names in the FinTech space in order to create long lasting business relationships
• Mentor and train new team members

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Experienced in full-lifecycle recruiting for technical roles preferably for SAAS/ FinTech for a minimum of 4 years
• Superior negotiating and closing skills and navigating complex offers
• Deep understanding of the technical landscape and able to speak eloquently about software development
• Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
