Job Description

Description of Programme / Work Scope;

The intern will offer a general administrative service to support the Regional Communications Manager (APAC Energy industry) in the delivery of the regional Communications Plan, and specifically to provide support for the planning and implementation of the event marketing activities, to include;

  • Event logistics
  • Event booking (working with internal stakeholders & external suppliers)
  • Event schedule management
  • Develop event specific materials
  • Sales leads/ data management
  • Invoice processing
  • Industry research
  • Graphic design (dependant on experience)

Pre-requisites; 

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Experience of using spreadsheets, including implementing and maintaining
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • Strong administration and research skills
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Friendly and professional manner
  • Previous experience of working within an events management environment or within a campaign support role
