Doctor World – Admin & Operations Process Automation Intern

As a Process Automation Intern, your mission is to restore life to your colleagues. How? By automating all the soul-sucking admin processes that every company hates but needs to run smoothly. But don’t worry - automating processes is fun. Even better, you get to explore, learn and implement all sorts of automation tools on the job - a skillset that you can use literally in any future job or even at home.

A week with us could look like: Learn about an admin process from colleagues, identify pain points and opportunities to automate, explore various tools for it, build and test iteratively until it is solved, and end the week knowing you saved people hours of work forever.

Requirements:

• You are SC or PR and a Poly, JC or Uni student.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office 365.
• You are familiar with or strongly willing to learn Notion and Slack.

If you love to try things and geek out making processes easier for everyone, you’ll be a good fit! Bonus points if you are experienced with more automation tools such as UiPath, Selenium, Telegram Bot, AppleScript, etc.
