Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close customer relationship, understanding their needs and requirements and convey to team for support.
  • Frequent interaction with existing clients to gather feedback and provide support.
  • Brand reputation building and liasing with clients for updates.
  • Provide demo and training sessions for existing/potential clients.
  • Representing the company and provide neccessary assistance for clients.
  • Attend meetings with existing/potential clients and ability to generate marketing ideas.
  • Arrange for meetings/trainings with existing/potential clients.
  • Follow up/support accordingly with clients needs.
  • Prepare reports and documentations assigned.
  • Assist directors and managers accordingly during meetings or task assigned. 
  • Inter-department assistance may be required.


Required:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Digital Marketing or CRM equivalent.
  • PC literate, ability to read and write in English & Chinese.
  • Good customer service attitude.
  • Ability to speak confidently during group discussion.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Offices, Dropbox, Google Suite, Social Media, Good Communications, Good Interpersonal skills
  • Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
