- Manage and/or liaise with external vendors to accomplishkey duties such as distribution and production of collaterals
- Update customer database, reports and sponsorship records
- Work with cross-functional departments to assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Raise payment requisition and perform goods receipt in SAP system to collate required documents for payment
- Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably Polytechnic undergraduate / JC graduate
- Proficient in MS Office
- Preferably bilingual to effectively communicate with English and Chinese speaking vendors
