Our hotel is looking for passionate and hardworking individuals, aspiring to build a career in the hospitality sector as our front office representatives!
Responsibilities:
- You will form part of the Front Office team to set service excellence standards and exceed the expectations of our unique guest experiences
- To perform all Front Office duties including reservations, cashiering, checking in, checking out and answering both internal and external phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide concierge services to our guests and ensure that guests’ requests and queries are attended to promptly, politely and efficiently
- To work closely with our F&B partners to ensure guests requests are met and attended to in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Service oriented with a pleasant disposition
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Love interacting with guests
- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Minimum GCE 'O' and 'N' Level
- Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends (5 days work week)
