· Plan the patching activities properly and produce action plan before the execution and ensure the approvals are in place before the schedule.
· Be able to predominately handle support cases independently and drive case towards resolution yet know when to escalate case to senior Subject Matter Experts.
· Responsible and accountable for any escalations those are handled and executed. Served as the first point engineering support contact during primary standby shift duties.
· Responsible for SLA for all incidents and tasks that assigned. Able to handle the Cisco products in Switching / Routing / Wireless.
· Able to perform L2 troubleshooting for the reported issues.
· Able to perform IOS patching with minimum or no downtime where applicable.
· Hands-on experience in VSS / HSRP / Stacking / Routing protocols. CCNA/CCNP certified professional
