To provide project management knowledge and support to teams that either have not deployed Voice or lack the relative experience to ensure success.
There will be IP register changes on the new site for most of the services and hence comprehensive planning and testing are very critical for this migration.
Most of the services will be migrated to new site .There will be some new servers used for Nice recording, IPC trading turrets and its will be installed and tested prior to the move.
Build and manage day-to-day voice data centre migration component, this will require co-ordination with Voice team and the project team to ensure an end-to-end service.
To take on, understand and communicate out all of Deutsche Bank’s processes and procedures to individuals and teams involved in the delivery of Avaya, IPC, Nice recording and carrier circuit as part of the overall programme.
