Job Description
Should have good understanding of:
- Operating Microsoft Office software and Windows OS.
- Write simple SQL queries and Experience of using SQL management Studio
- Administration of Windows Server IIS (Internet Information Service)
- Understanding of concepts like load balancing, high availability, clustering etc.
- Knowledge of basic software engineering skills to debug/identify problems (read logs, update configs etc.)
- Fluent in HTML5, JavaScript, and JSON
- Experience in using McAfee EPO for DLP.
- Experience in planning, implementing, maintenance and documenting enterprise applications.
Should have basic understanding of:
- SMTP functionality and Mail configuration
- Microsoft Active Directory Environment
- IP Address and Subnet Mask
- Help Desk Ticket Management
- Network Troubleshooting
- Database administration
- Operating systems administration (Microsoft Windows Server)
Soft Skills Required:
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good English language oral and written communication.
