Dow Technologies and Systems – HRIS Head

We are loooking for Hris Head to managing a team of people and require you to partner HR and IT team to implement HRIS solutions. You will also act as a strategic partner to the business. Supervise the implementation and daily operation of our HRIS. You will perform a range of duties including processing employee data, preparing reports, and developing data processing systems.Supervise the day-to-day activities of our HR Information Systems. Record and process employee information including annual leave, salaries and working hours. Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS. Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data. Work alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS. Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation. Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department. Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.You have a relevant degree with at least 15 years of relevant HRIS experience and at least 3 years of experience implementing and maintaining HRIS solution on the cloud. You are up to date with latest technology tools. You also have good senior stakeholder management and have strong interpersonal skills. You are an expert in HRIS and is experienced in process re-designing and re-engineering You are experienced in cloud-based HRIS platform and have rolled out HRIS modules end to end locally and in the region. You are passionate about HRIS and HR process improvement You keep abreast with the latest technological tools You come with project or program management experience
