This is an immediate role and requires an individual that will bring a "can do" attitude to a hard working and supportive teamAdministration related to field service team needs Open Service Requests and Order Preventive Maintenance(PM) Parts for the following month PM Administration related to service team/jobs Keep accurate records for all daily transactions Prepare balance sheets Process invoices Match Purchase Order against Quotation Received job sheets from servicemen and perform invoicing to customer Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Participate in financial audits Assist with budget preparation Keep accurate records for all daily transactions Prepare balance sheets2 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required Previous administrative experience preferred Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills High quality organizational skills The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
