Dow Technologies and Systems – Sr. Developer – Sharepoint

We are looking for a key member of the Global Software Engineering team, you will be involved in the development lifecycle from analysis, design, build, test and release with a focus on delivering solutions against business goals, technical requirements and platform engineering standards and best practices.

Experience of working with the SharePoint App model (provider hosted and/or SharePoint hosted) Competent project management skills Experience of SharePoint Server Side and Client Side Object Model Experience in SharePoint Designer Workflows Experience in ASP.NET / MVC / C# .NET / HTML / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery / REST / XHTML, XML or XSLT/OData /MVC / CDN Experience in using Visual Studio and using Microsoft Team Foundation Services Experience of working with the AGILE methodology Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services a plus Must be a team player with strong inter-personal skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to escalate issues in a timely manner. Excellent written, verbal, presentation & documentation skills to foster clarity and predictability. Must be able to effectively communicate with people at different levels including customers, vendors, management, technical stake holders, developers etc.
