• Define requirement approach and plan for requirement gathering phase at the beginning of the project
• Familiar with Agile software development methodology
• Analyse the requirements from customer's materials
• Document functional and business requirements documents.
• Create wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams and use cases.
• Communicate with customers to clarify business requirements.
• Work with Project manager/tech lead to discuss solution/system design to align with requirements gathered/analysed.
• Create related documents such as Requirement Traceability Document, User Guide, UAT Training etc.
• Familiar with Project management tools such as Jira
• Conduct requirement elicitation workshop and showcase
• Structure requirements for ease of reference Supporting Skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools
• Proficiency in UML, Design and other modelling tools
• Basic knowledge of database to read ERD and understand the relationships between tables/fields and perform SQLs to deepen analysis if needed

Basic knowledge of APIs, being able to read common markup languages/data interchange format (such as JSON, XML)
