Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop new and potential business opportunities.
- Generate sales from existing and new clients.
- Consistently maintain a healthy pipeline of leads.
- Support senior sales team with preparation of sales proposals, agreements and relevant reports for management review.
- As account manager, be the primary contact and build long term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams from various global DragonPass offices to facilitate the sales process, requirements scoping, implementation, initial program delivery and on-going maintenance.
- Ensure a seamless client experience and consistent service delivery at all touchpoints.
- Manage the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the global sales teams to connect with prospective clients.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track client account metrics together with the Sales Team to optimize revenue potential.
- Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business with existing clients.
Requirements
- Individuals who understand and are able to apply our guiding principal: To treat others the way you want to be treated.
- A competent communicator who understands and articulates effectively.
- Experience working in travel, airline, loyalty industry will be an added advantage.
- Passionate individual who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced and competitive market and still have the capacity to take on ad-hoc initiatives to build overall business strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage as we have offices located in China.
- Enjoy working in multi-cultural, multi-location team environment.
- Singaporeans and PR candidates preferred.
