Job Description
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the bakery section of the kitchen
- Able to produce breads/buns on schedule
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products
- Responsible to clean up workplace and perform minor maintenance to equipment on daily basis
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
- Practice good housekeeping & workplace/kitchen safety awareness
- Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery process
Job Requirements:
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Diploma in baking and pastry
- Baking skills
- Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Need to work on weekends and public holidays
