Job Description 

To play a vital role in the recruitment process of an Insurance agency.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Effective management of end-to-end recruitment matters
• Liaise with managers on manpower requirements
• Drive recruitment process by actively sourcing for talents
• Prepare and post jobs to job portals
• Handle basic screening and job matching of suitable candidates

Job Requirements 

GCE "A" Level/ Diploma preferred

• We welcome students who are entering/ studying at local universities as well.

Highly motivated and resourceful individuals.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic skills on Microsoft Office (Excel).

Cash incentive upon hiring of staff (For both full time/part time Recruitment Officer)

On the job training provided; no prior experience needed.

Full Time : Negotiable

Part Time : $7-10/hr
