Job Description
a) Handling inbound & outbound calls
b) Support live chats and emails
c) Uphold a high level of customer service standards
d) Assist in drafting workflow and brainstorm on streamlining processes
e) Involve in project work to propose solutions to solve actual business case
f) Any other administrative duties assigned
