Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day performance of a customer service team in local and oversea
  • Assist in solving client complaints / enquiry / feedback (both B2B and B2C)
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers as part of marketing and branding
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email
  • Assist in translating from Japanese to English and vice versa, both oral and written forms
  • Assist in developing service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

 Requirement

  • Majoring in Japanese is preferred. JLPT level N2 and above
  • Knowledge in customer service, marketing and communication functions will be a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Willing to learn, able to work as part of a diverse team
  • Customer service orientation, problem analysis and problem-solving
