Job Description
Our company provides corporate secretarial, bookkeeping services and taxation services. Intern's jobscope: 1. Accounting - prepare accounts and financial statements for clients in accordance with FRS. 2. Corporate Secretarial - prepare resolutions and minutes of meetings, documents for incorporation of companies, share transfers. 3.
