Job Description
· Handle customer service hotline and provide the first level of support
- Handle escalated cases that do not fall within FAQs
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call back to customers if necessary
· Team player
· Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· GCE ‘O’/‘A’/ Diploma / Degree holder from recognized institution
· At least 1 to 2 years customer service experience preferred.
· Is customer-oriented, has positive attitude, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
· A team player with good writing, interpersonal and communication skills
· Must be able to speak in English and Chinese.
