Job Description

As the Operations and Customer Service Associate, you will be part of our core team responsible for handling our day-to-day operations in a strategic and efficient manner. Your role is a crucial part of our organization as you will be on the frontlines, interacting directly with our customers.

We're looking for an associate who is passionate about building a brand and moving the industry forward. You will work alongside our Head of Operations to create the highest level of efficiency possible and delivering comprehensive service to our customers.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Managing our operations processes by working hand in hand with our logistics team to ensure the highest level of efficiency in terms of handling customer orders, exchanges/returns
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve our processes
  • Addressing and solving customer issues and disputes
  • Ability to engage and identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs
  • Managing monthly reports on inventory and sales
  • Identifying monthly product/ service trends
