Job Description

This role will provide an exposure to the technology sector and how companies use human capital to build their businesses. It will also provide the trainee with valuable insights into the job search process which will assist them in getting full-time work as they can see how clients really make hiring decisions. They will also be sitting in on interviews where they will get a feel for how a technical interview is conducted and what it takes to secure a job.

Main Activities

  • Market-mapping and research on existing and potential clients
  • Sourcing qualified candidates for consultants & managers
  • Assessment of candidates compensation & benefits, motivations, and skill-sets
  • Resume formatting, writing interview notes and presentation
  • Generation of lead information regarding open roles and pass on to management
  • Ensuring that the database is managed in a consistent manner
  • Promotion of the corporate brand images both internally and externally
  • Find ways to research markets outside publicly available information.

Requirements

  • At least A Levels
  • Money hungry, hardworking individuals who want to be successful
  • You must naturally want to beat targets and take instruction well.

Other Information

  • Working Hours: 0830 - 1800, Mon - Fri
  • Outpatient GP Coverage provided
